The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly at all times during the day. I liked the lemon or strawberry iced water in the lobby - very nice refreshing treat. I was there for a conference, and the room, service, and entertainment were good.

The room was very spacious and super clean! The bathroom was huge, with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and 2 sinks. The food at the buffet was delicious! The only thing that wasn't especially comfortable was the pillows. They looked fluffy, but they compacted down and were very hard. Otherwise, we had a wonderful evening at the Bellamy Brothers concert in the Chrome Room, and we would definitely stay again!
