I absolutely loved how helpful and kind the staff were! Traveling as two young women, I felt taken care of. Anika at the front desk was so kind and helpful- she was accommodating and even helped me book a 4:30am taxi to the airport! Uber was going to charge me 100 € but the hotels taxi service only charged me 55€ and they were there on time. Also, I asked for twin beds and they made sure to fix it after the first night. They’re very communicative and let you know everything via WhatsApp and answer promptly too. In addition, there’s free breakfast in the morning! The space is small but it’s functional and cute and Pam was so hospitable too. I don’t like that it was farther from the city center, but accessing the bus was super easy- just a 5 minute walk. The area also felt safe. Very nice altogether! Cute interior and nice bathrooms. Definitely recommend!

Out of the hubub, super cute!

This was a lovely hotel in a real residential neighborhood but with easy bus access to all attractions. The gelato place downstairs is amazing (be sure to admire the cabinets of finished cakes!), and the restaurants recommended by the hotel staff were amazing and very non-touristy.

An absolute gem of a hotel. About 20-30 minutes on the bus from the centre. Oh and the bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the front door. Every member of staff was just lovely - nothing was too much trouble. My only negative is the steep staircase to get from the front door to the reception. Hard work with a heavy suitcase.

It was wonderful. The staff are super nice and professional. The place is romantic and welcoming. They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. Definitely looking forward to come back on my next vacation to Florence
