I had such a great stay at this hotel-I stayed again after my trip to Barcelona. This is a true boutique hotel. Every detail is curated - function and design. The hotel beyond clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff is outstanding. The communication from the staff was top-notch and I wish that this hotel was in a location that I traveled to frequently. This is a shining gem in Florence. The location should also be mentioned. It is a perfect spot for food and shopping!

The hotel is conveniently located close to most of the main tourist attractions, which makes it a great base for exploring the area. The room is very comfortable and well-maintained. However, one downside is the noise: starting from around 4:30 a.m., people in the nearby square begin setting up their market stalls, and in the evening, local musicians perform until about 11:00 p.m., which can be a bit disruptive. Another thing to note is that there are about 40 steps to reach the lobby, which might be challenging for some guests. Breakfast is decent and starts at 8:30 a.m. There are also several restaurants nearby, offering plenty of dining options. Additionally, the train station is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, making it relatively easy to get around.

Very interesting small hotel. Gorgeous furnishing, lovely breakfast, friendly staff. In an excellent position. A little noisy at night and early morning when the bag market vendors below set up and dismantle their stalls. There is no lift so be prepared for stairs. I recommend this hotel.
