I got to the hotel to check in, they did not have my Expedia number booking reference and they said they don't deal with Expedia.
I talked to the manager and he said he would cancel my hotel if they eventually found my reference number.
They did find my reference number and said they would cancel my hotel, I have not received a credit yet.
I called Expedia and let them know the situation and they said they would follow up with the hotel let me know in seven days, it's been three weeks and I have heard nothing
Could somebody please get back to me and confirm that I'm getting a refund for a hotel I didn't use because the hotel said they did not deal with Expedia and did not have a reference number that I gave them.
