We loved the location close to the Arno River and the city center. Had a delicious pizza around the corner and there is also a small grocery store for last minute necessities and water! The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was delicious. They offer free luggage storage which was convenient. Within walking distance from the main train station. We loved our stay and will be back!

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and love the convenience of how close it was to everything. We walked to all the major attractions and great restaurants nearby. The service was amazing, we had an early morning tour and had to leave before breakfast. The front desk staff organized a packed breakfast and it was ready to go when we got there. We also love the disposable slippers they left in the room, nice touch. The only thing we didn’t like was we could hear kids running on the floor above, other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast too.

Basic room

The room I had was definitely NOT the best room at this nice hotel but I needed a budget friendly option. The room opened to the outside and didn’t have AC. I had to leave early so didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast that was included. The bed was pretty hard but that’s common in Europe/Italy. But the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!
