My only struggle was the Wi-Fi was really hit or miss. The property was clean and the staff were so kind. Over all a great stay.

The room is quite spacious, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel locates near Fizence SMN train station which is great. It will take around 15-20 mins to the main city highlights by walk. There is a Japanese restaurant right in front of the hotel which is really convenient.

The staff here were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating! I made a same day request for two double beds, and they did their best to accommodate us. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. We did experience a creaking bathroom door and a nonworking outlet, but the staff promptly brought us an extension cord and took care of the creaking noise. Even after we checked out, when we returned to collect our luggage, one of the staff members kindly offered recommendations for our next city. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to help really stood out and made our stay a pleasant experience. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would recommend this place to anyone looking for clean rooms and friendly, attentive service!

Close to main train station so it is convenient, but not in the true heart of the city. Rooms were very sparse, almost prison cell-like. Staff was wonderful and helpful.
