This was one of the worst Scandic hotels. Very poor service, we stayed there for 3 nights and our room was cleaned only once that too we had to request them multiple times. The flush in the washroom was broken and we had to ask them to fix that and it took us to call them multiple times to fix that. The Roof top bar never even opened once even though it was supposed to one two out of three days of our stay. We went to the lobby restaurant on our first night and service was terrible. We sat at our table and no one came to ask us for water or even give us the menu. Eventually I had to get up and order the food at the bar. Overall the experience was horrible, never coming back to this property again.

Nice hotel only 2 stops from Central Stockholm!
The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet had a large variety. Everything was clean and we had no issues. Two things to be aware of: 1) They ask you to reserve for breakfast the night before so they can appropriately prepare (very reasonable ask) and 2) the shower got water everywhere, so be mindful of that while in there. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Great experience for 2 nights, safe for solo travelers, very convenient to train station (5m walk), breakfast provided and incredible large selection (all fresh, high end products, all sorts of dietary needs). The hotel room is minimal, but the staff is amazing. They will provide a mini fridge upon request and are helpful with city directions. The breakfast has a variety of foods and was fresh each day. My only complaint is the lack of coffee in the rooms and the fact that you had to pay for coffee in the lobby. When the same machine is accessible for free during the breakfast time.
