Wonderful hotel. Great location and a great price. Bed very comfy. Quiet. Breakfast could be better but adequate. Staff fantastic.

Don't stay here
First, there are no elevators and we stay on the 3rd floor. A/C does not work, no safe, room is too small, no space for 2 suite cases, breakfast was a joke. The surroundings are terrible even though it is near Sultanahmet.

10/10 Exceptional

We were picked up by the taxi driver, although we had to phone the hotel to find out where the driver was. Took an hour to get there and we had help take the luggage to the room. Room was clean and well set, i would have preferred a bigger room, but it was sufficient. Breakfast was simple food and nothing fancy. They had their own restaurant where the food was excellent, the restaurant staff were very helpful and often gave us free tea and bakalava at any time. Most of the sites we wanted to visit were very close. Food is expensive and if you stay as long as we did you need to consider this before booking a long stay. Every shop is open to negotiation when buying gifts and items for yourself. But, be careful with the barbers as they just keep doing stuff to you even if you say no and then give you a big bill at the end. But did enjoy my stay and woild go back, but for about 3 days, not 8 days like we did.

Good location.
Location was great, walkable to the main mosques and others sightseeing. Many shopping options nearby. Breakfast was ok. The downside was that in our room the window was high, which we could not see outside, making the room dark.

Property was on a busy street filled with restaurants, close to blue mosque and transport so good location. Entrance was through the restaurant below, breakfast was small and limited despite being a buffet and options repeated every morning. The windows are small and very high up so there’s no view to be seen from the room and feels a little like a prison. Staff are friendly and cleaner was good.

We had a good stay. Near historical places. The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. But it would be better if they put a tea or coffee machine next to breakfast.

Great Affordable Place.
Flying back home from Germany, I decided to stay one night layover in Istanbul close to the famous blue mosque. I am so glad to pick this great hotel. The single bedroom was bit small, but was very cozy and very clean. All the rooms are in 2nd floor and 1st floor has a great restraunt, which serves beer and opens late. The hotel is close to the Grand Bazzar shopping and other attractions. I will definitely will be staying again in October. Only thing they could improve is the free wifi. They also offer transportation to and from airport with fee.

Boutique Hotel in the heart of historic Istanbul
This is a boutique hotel along one of the streets leading to Sultamemhet Square, an easy walk. Quaint is the best description with reasonably sized rooms and bathrooms (for Europe). The service was great, allowing us to check-in very early on arrival. The were great to make arraingements for us for shuttles and transport. The attached restaurant has good turkish food. Had a little trouble with our AC but they were quick to reset the unit. My only real complaints (if you can call it that) is that the Hotels Ad says that it is handicap accessible on a single floor, This is not the case. so expect stairs (not tons, but no wheel chairs) and my second is their breakfast. The selection is small and not always well replensihed. If you want the popular items, better be down at the start (0830). Luckily the attached restaurant has a good menu at reasonable prices. Bottom Line: good room prices and great location, willing to sacrifice a big breakfast buffet.

It's a scam hotel
The hotel rating is fake. I reserved a Deluxe Double Room because of its square footage. Namely, 323 sq ft. That was of paramount importance for me as I had four big luggage items. When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the room was twice smaller!!! Besides, It was smoked through as compared to the the hotel's declaration that it is a non smoking room. To crown it all it was so cold in the room that I couldn’t sleep at night, and in the morning my wife had to wear her down jacket in the room. So, I was deceived by the hotel what concerns the room’s characteristics. I did find a much better hotel in the morning and this scam hotel refused to return my money. It's best to stay away from this hotel, especially since there are plenty of better options right on the same street.
