We had a good overall experience, we were slightly let down by the cleaners over the duration of our stay however customer service was amazing and they sorted everything out instantly!
Shae the lady behind the front desk deserves a pay rise or managerial status, she was amazing!

Listing says they have a gym but this is closed and has been for some time. This should be updated.
The room also wasn’t cleaned properly- I had a two night stay and the rubbish bag was taken out of the bin and then left on the side, not very hygienic.
The double bed was two singles pushed together.
The breakfast was excellent. The service was friendly and welcoming.
Easy free parking.
Lovely setting.

The grounds and surrounding area are beautiful but inside the hotel is tired and feels unclean. The bathroom taps were falling apart, light switches weren’t working and the carpets and furniture in the room were very old and worn. Staff were good and attentive but it wasn’t a great stay. I’ll look for alternatives in future.

Very quiet location for a relaxing stay.
My room was warm and had plenty of storage cabinets. The bathroom was okay but desperately showing ageing.
Breakfast included a good variety of food despite gluten free muffins.

Beautiful location, in the country yet so close to Filton area. Large hotel, in an old country home, with quiet wing(s) and overlooking a large English garden.

We stay in this hotel at least twice a year when we visit family who live very close by. Lovely setting, large car park. Hotel rooms - some are looking very 'tired', others have been redecorated and very nice but all a good size. Bathrooms clean but could do with an upgrade. Breakfast good. Staff friendly.

Set in lovely surroundings. The room was spacious and clean and I slept really well.
Breakfast was a little disappointing and it felt like everything hot had been microwaved and was overcooked. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.
