Close proximity to the metro. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy walk to the Colisseum and other historic locations. Elevator worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. A/C worked well. Our room was on the interior of the building and the windows opened to a courtyard of sorts so the room was quiet. Room was on the small side but that's Rome. Good value for money. We would stay there again.

Excellent location for exploring the main attractions of Florence. The room was basic and clean and comfortable enough for 3 nights. We were on the top floor, which was a workout going up as there is no elevator, however it was worth it as we got a cool view of some of the close by rooftops and architecture.

I chose Hotel Romagna for low price and my short stay. There is a problem with the toilet. Flushing requires a long pumping of the button to create a flush. It is conveniently located near main train station. There is a good cafe for early morning coffee and pastry. The bathroom is extremely small. The staff was polite. There is no elevator and I was placed on the top (4Th) floor which was tiring. Thank you.

Hotel Romagna's location cannot be beat. It is close to the heart of Florence as well as the train station. I had the family room with one single in one room connected by a tiny hall to the other room of two singles that can be pushed together. The bathroom divided the rooms. A/C was working but as with most hotel units, it never got cold enough. The bathroom was small but efficient and the toilet button needs to be pumped to actually begin the flow. The hotel is a bit tight to get into as there is an ATM machine in the outside entry. A double set of windows keeps the outside noise to a minimum. The only negative once you get there is the lack of an elevator. Staff will assist with luggage if needed, but if you are not fully capable of 2,3,4,5 flights of stairs, you may want to find a different hotel. Overall, a very good experience. Even the older male at the counter softens up after a day or two.

THIS was the best place ever to stay because first they had free candy and the tv you can watch YouTube and other stuff unlike the other tv where u can watch only the tv that live and it right next to the Dave museum and duomo the first stuff was for kid under 13 but after that it was the stuff u like to see so it good for everyone

The best part about the place was the staff! They were excellent and super helpful. Every day somebody from the desk would give us locals recommendations to eat, and to visit!
