Experience here was excellent as always. Service is second to none, hotel is beautiful and clean. Breakfast is brilliant. The only slight downside this time was that the air con is centrally controlled so had to keep the doors of the room open at night which then meant extra noise etc. but really a minor comment. Return trip and as ever the staff were excellent. Special mention to Unis on reception and all the breakfast staff. The hotel is so well placed for a stay at Quinta and suites are a good standard. Some things are starting to show their age in the suites in the kitchen and bathrooms but it doesn’t over shadow what is a lovely hotel and resort

Lovely hotel but disappointed
This is a lovely hotel where we stayed regularly before covid. Throughout this stay (over Christmas) there were issues over Christmas lunch, spa bookings, meal service and account payment. All were handled clumsily at best and not what we'd expect, or experienced previously, at a hotel of this standard. Unsure if we'll return.
