We love staying at Park Inn every time we come to the Salt Lake Valley. It’s centrally located, clean, quiet and easy access to the interstate and shopping.

Decent budget hotel with liberal pet policies
It's obvious that the staff is trying and they were very friendly. The property is dated and in a slightly "rough" part of town. The other guests were a mix of budget travelers, tour groups, and "live in" guests. Not sure I'd stay here again, but fit the budget and we didn't have any problems.

The floor was very dirty. My feet were black after walking on the floor barefoot. Very dusty. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Dirty and damaged
There was hair in the shower. The walls were visibly dirty along with the floor. There were numerous spots where it looked like there was water damage on the wall because the paint was bubbling up. Some of the drawers had the same effect.

This was a last minute booking from the night prior I am not familiar with the area at all but we was happy with our stay. The staff was nice, the breakfast was okay. Place does allow pets, the room smelled a bit musty but went away quick. Overall for a decent place to sleep it nice.

This property is conveniently located across the street from a trax station. The breakfast was good but not always replenished when things ran out. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean and rooms nice. Maid service is only on Mondays and Thursdays. They will replace towels, on request. The breakfast is limited, but for the money you save on the hotel, there is a great breakfast place right next door!!

Super duper professional photographer
Pictures were misleading. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The beds rolled extremely easily (yes we looked for and engaged the one single wheel lock)
At "breakfast" there was no one making sure to refill or restock items. Milk was sour, the hard boiled eggs were gray and brown inside, no juice, etc.
The lady that checked us in was super nice, she was the only bright spot in this stay.

Eh
Reserved a suite, was told that the suite was not pet friendly (even though dogs were documented on the reservation), so we were changed to a double queen room. I should’ve called to confirm, so that is my mistake. Check in was helpful and we easily got a new room.
Floors and walls in the room were gross. Had lots of what looks like fingernail polish on the walls. Looks like someone smashed a bug in several places on the walls but did not clean it up.
Bathroom shower was the worst - the amount of mold on the ceiling and in the trim of the shower was a lot.
Beds seemed good, they appeared clean uncomfortable.
The property was accommodating for my two dogs; dogs are $35/dog.

Decent stay, comfortable beds and pillows.
The hotel was a decent stay for the price. They don’t do room service everyday, but the people were friendly and free parking plus near by gas stations and places to eat were convient.

the king suite is not worth it don't do it
I reserved the suite with the jacuzzi tub... when we got there the room disheveled night stands pulled away from the walls and the tub in the room was broken and dirty, towels on the floor in the room. I was not given any kind of refund even though they had to downgrade us to a regular room the girl at the front desk was very nice but honestly that was the only positive from this stay.
