The property is located just outside city center but close enough for a short walk. Staff was out of this world. They made you feel wanted and special. Breakfast each morning for 2 Euro was amazing. Rooms a bit small but had a wonderful balcony. Neighborhood has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again!

We had a room with a hot tub that did not work on the first night and we needed to get maintenance to have it work for the second night because of a breaker issue. Loved the hotel because it was on the outer edge of Florence’s main area and was quiet at night with the windows open. Was still well within walking distance of David and Uffizi Gallery. Staff was so helpful and breakfast was exactly what we needed.

Overall, it was a good hotel. The room was always kept clean, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the balcony was the tiniest I have ever seen, so it wasn’t really usable. One thing that surprised me was that the water in the mini fridge was not complimentary and came with an additional charge. I definitely did not expect that, especially given how extremely hot and humid Florence was during our stay. It would have been a nice touch to provide complimentary water for guests.

Very clean and the breakfast was great. Its a great place to stay if you're planning to use the Firenze Campo di Marte train station. We would stay there again. The late check in process was easy -late check in can be complicated at other hotels. They were kind enough to hold our bags the day we checked out. Its a lovely property.

We stayed in the family suite which was spacious and clean. We had a rooftop view of the Duomo and our own hot tub and terrace. Breakfast was fabulous and hearty, exactly what we needed for sightseeing all day. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Orcagna and would stay there again!
