I knew nothing about Querétaro and spoke no Spanish. The location was near the highway so I could find it in the dark. The room is huge with queen bed, couch, 2 chairs, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker; free breakfast and attentive staff. They have been very helpful even tho I know very little Spanish and they know very little English. It is less than a mile from the historic district.

Everything is ok like always great beds, showers clean, good food, They need a Wafle machine like any other hotel. The bad thing is they turn off the A/C at 5am and that wakes me up, couldnt sleep again this happened 4 days straight.

Registro y Salida con excelente agilidad, atención y sin inconveniente alguno. Habitación muy cómoda para el servicio de una noche, limpia, son todas las amenidades que requería sin problema, aunque estaba muy cerca del comedor (buffet desayuno) no se escuchaba el barullo que si había cuando salí de la habitación, de agradecer. Instalaciónes muy buenas y en buen estado. Cómodo al estar sobre la carretera 57, dejé el auto y me moví en Uber y el centro a 15 minutos. Seguramente para regresar por una o máximo dos noches lo haré. Para más días en Querétaro prefiero irme a la empresa Homi Rent en sus 7 inmuebles. pero para una o dos noches el servicio excelente. Recomendable. El tema del estacionamiento bien vigilado y muy accesible. El servicio de café o té las 24 de agradecer. El buffet multitudinario no fue malo, pero tampoco para muchos días, muy limitado en variedad y se acabó rápido y tardaron en resurtir (era puente del bun fin y había dos camiones con jugadores jóvenes de futbol) eso provocó algo de tumultos... pero bien en general
