Overall, good hotel. Only 1 elevator so be prepared to wait, sometimes. The rooms can be considered small so plan accordingly depending on your family size. Cleaning staff is great. They did have a vending machine in the lobby, nice feature, also a money exchange machine also in the lobby and lastly a rentable phone charger.

This was the better place for my first trip to Tokyo. Within a 10-15 walk to Shibuya Station, it was the perfect location. Far enough away from the chaos of Shibuya crossing, but also near enough if you wanted to take advantage of the major shopping stops of Shibuya: Mega Don Quijote, Hoka, Adidas, Onitsuka, Nike, etc. I stayed in a smaller room and I found it big enough to suit my needs. Breakfast was a good deal at Komeda Coffe next door. One review said it was a long wait for elevators, but I was in the South building and never encountered that problem. Enthusiastically recommend!

The hotel is located just close enough to the fun of shibuya, but remains about a 5 minute walk so you are not right in the middle of the crazy night action. They only had one elevator for their 14 floors and no options for stairs that I could find, but it mostly ran fast enough if you weren’t trying to get on/off during check in/check out. The room itself was clean and fantastic.
