The hotel was ideally situated opposite the station. No need to walk your suitcase for miles. The staff were lovely and were able to recommend local restaurants. If I was coming to Florence again I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

I stayed in July when temperatures were 95 and up, the room was nice and cool, breakfast was good too. Very convenient location if you are traveling to other cities, it is right in front the train station.

The hotel Is nice and very centrally located rooms are small and the biggest problem is the shower is like a capsule of 3.5’x3.5’ i which you can hardly move without hitting yourselves everywhere Honestly I have never been a hotel with a shower that small Hotel breakfast was really good Thanks Jose

The room was amazing and the staff very helpful. Only one person apparently having a bad day didn’t seem to want to help or answer my questions. I went to The front desk and they answered all my questions immediately. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay

Walls and under bed weren't clean. Aside from that the hotel was nice and perfectly located. Hotel sweet bar was excellent for unwinding with a few drinks and snacks.

The staff, specially Adrian was professional and friendly. Near the train station and fairly close. To the city center 17 minutes. Area at night it was quite empty. But hotel wise it was excellent.

8/10 Very good

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel and room was clean. One minor complaint though, based on where you are in the hotel, you might smell a sewage smell. I was placed in a room at the end of the hall, on the 4th floor. The smell was very overwhelming and the staff was kind enough to find an alternative room.

The best part of this hotel is the location. It is literally opposite the train station. There’s a Five Guys across the road and a good restaurant just steps away. The hotel is old but fairly well maintained. The toilet is really large and the room itself is quite a decent size. Water pressure in the shower was weak however. The main attractions are within walking distance as is shopping. I would not mind staying here again if the price is good.

I booked two Classic Double Rooms and requested connecting rooms, but unfortunately I didn’t receive any response from the hotel for over two weeks before our arrival. Fortunately, the hotel generously provided us with a complimentary room upgrade to better accommodate my child, which we truly appreciated. My only concern was the air conditioner and the air quality in our room, as the airflow seems an odor. Overall, we were grateful for the excellent service from Christian and the reception team.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the train station and room was as shown in the photos, clean and comfortable. Only downside was that the air conditioning was not working in the hotel, which resulted
