High cloud sleeping
The room was great! Bed very comfortable nice and quiet. But when I arrived and entered the lobby it was permeated with pot smoke. I thought this was a smoke free hotel

Clean but finicky
Super nice newer hotel. Very clean. But...pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. Our room door dead bolt didn't align so it didn't work. Nice coffee amenities.

Couldn’t use the hair dryer in bathroom despite repeated attempts to reset the fuse (yellow/red). Ended up sitting on end of bed far from mirror. The electrical outlet near mirror was behind a heavy desk. I found our stay very sterile and inhuman. One person manned the front entry and barely looked at us. Is this a coop owned property? I wondered if its eventually to become a convalescent center because of the sink in the bedroom.

Excellent!
It was an amazing experience to stay at a brand new hotel. Everything is perfect! There’s no person in the lobby, but there’s someone accessible by phone and by text to help get you the code to your room if you don’t follow directions. Thank you for a great experience, I will definitely be back! Gotta love wine country experience and lake view!

Nice tucked away lodge off main road
Extremely clean room. Quiet, as far as I know, but I sleep with ear plugs. 10 p.m. was quiet when we returned from casino and 8 am was peaceful also. Check-in was very easy. All in all, a nice place away from home!

The mattresses were both really worn down. Sit on the edge of the bed and feel the base type worn down. The room was advertised to have coffee in the room. There was a Keurig - and 2 decaf pods, and no coffee in the Lobby. No staff on hand - anywhere on the property that we could find. It was totally self-service with no assistance. We had to find cell service (that was not working at the site). It took quite a bit to find a strong enough cell signal for either of our phones to scan the required documents to get a lock code to our room. I really didn't feel safe the entire night. . . Will not return.

6/10 Good

The Lodge Lake Chelan ... sounded a lot fancier than it turned out to be. The place seems to be either quite new or very recently refurbished. Our room had nice coffee mugs and a nice Keurig type coffee maker, but there were no chairs nor a table to sit at. So while you can make yourself a nice cup of coffee, there is no place in your room to sit down to enjoy that coffee, unless you count the beds as sitting surfaces (which I don't). Basically an okay place to spend a single night while trailing. But not more. Definitely not the type of lodge for an extended family vacation.
