It was a good hotel in luxor. Both Pavillion and Winter Palace shares the same facility. Quite decent and nice. Wait staff and other staff require further training in respect of hospitality. Shout out to Abdellah at the front desk.

Nice pool area, plenty of room, the waiters go above and beyond and bring you extra stuff, freshly squeezed juices, extra fries, etc. Bed was very comfortable and a nice balcony. Room service was quick and well presented.

The hotel was in a beautiful setting of gardens. The staff was gracious and eager to accommodate my requests, with it was giving directions, making restaurant reservations, or needing a breakfast box to go. The hotel and setting were a quiet oasis after full days of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

We spend a good time in this hotel, it’s well located and has a friendly staff. Breakfast is good and servers are attentive. It is however a bit worn out in the inside but still a very good place to stay for relaxing by the pool and gardens.
