    The property was conveniently located with a simple walk from the airport via a sky bridge. The room was comfortable enough but we couldn’t figure out how to turn an exhaust fan on in the bathroom so got extremely steamy in the room while showering. We encountered 4 staff while there, 2 were good and 2 were extremely rude. The bell service guy was worst we encountered.

    For the price I paid, this should have been a four/five star hotel. It's old, tired, not even a jug to make a coffee - you have to work a machine, which I'd never seen before. Bathroom 1970s. Valet man Joe-Joe was delightful, rest lacking in interest. I got there after midnight. Couldn't get a thing to eat. Public bar closing, quite rude

    One Night Stay

    We've stayed here several other times and are always very pleased with the hotel and staff! Love that we can easily walk to ticketing or the gates without going outside! There is a shuttle to each terminal, however we typically just walk!

    Great Hotel!

    I had an early flight, so I wanted to stay near the airport. The Hilton Logan Airport ended up being a great choice! The staff was all very helpful - even got a personal text asking if there was anything I needed and letting me know there was water available in the fridge.The restaurant was good and open late. Catching the shuttle the next morning was no big deal - five minute wait or so. It was pretty full, but no issues. The room was nice, clean, and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. They even had the air turned down when I got there, which was super nice. Overall, one of the best hotel stays I've had in a while - will definitely stay again.

    Hotels In Former Communist Countries Do Better

    I stayed at the Hilton Boston Logan Airport on Monday July 19th, 2021. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I recently came back from a trip to the former Communist East Germany, where I stayed in both standard and 5-star hotels. Both standards of hotels blew away what I saw and experienced at Hilton. The line to check in was something reminiscent of a former communist country with only two staff members checking in an extremely long line of guests. It was appalling. Even in the former Communist East Germany, there were a minimum of 4 desk agents at each hotel desk, and I never experienced a line. The common areas were filthy . . . starting with the SkyBridge between the airport and the hotel. The hotel looks straight out of the 1990s (at best), but that was the least of Hilton's problems. Every single common area (lobby, elevator, hallways) looked like they had not been vaccuumed in days. It was pathetic. I never saw such filth in hotels in a former communist country. The hotel itself was extremely understaffed . . . and the staff that was on hand looked visibly stressed as a result. After chatting up a few staff members, it was confirmed that the reason for the poor staffing was/is because corporate does not want to hire more people. So the poor service and cleanliness I experienced is directly correlated to corporate greed. Like so many things in the present-day United States, corporate greed is a common cause of our national decline. #sad.
