The location and staff are really nice, we didnt have the perfect stay because the shower didnt work and they made us change of room and the new room had blood on the sheets. They were nice and gave us free dinner for the inconvenient but I mention it because its something you really need to take care for the guest. Globally everything was good. Big hotel with kind stuff. The only thing I didn’t really like was the rooms’ decoration. They have oldish style. Which can be a plus, depending on each person’s preference :) I also thought that the bath wasn’t clean enough, couldn’t tell if it was the style of it or if it wasn’t cleaned properly.

The property is close to everything within a tram ride to all shops, the hotel pretty old needs some updates or even renovations ( AC not working in our room ) weather has been cool so was not too bad we left the windows open but not all the way due to high floor.
