This place is a gem. I'll give it to you in point form: - Free shuttle to and from MCO is quick and reliable - Pool is really nice with a lot of sunshine - Rooms are spacious, and extremely clean/well maintained - Staff is great. The nice woman working the front desk when I arrived at noon told me my room wasn't ready but gave me a secure place to store my bags and helped me sign up for the airport shuttle. - There are some good dining options if you don't mind going for a little walk (Denny's, a smoothie place, Outback, a few other pub-style places). The area is very safe, and clean with some nice places to walk around ponds. It is however, quite a ways from the attractions, so if you don't have a rental car, you will spend a lot of time waiting for and using the Lynx Bus (however, there are multiple bus stops nearby) Would highly recommend this place for a layover or your last night in Orlando if you have an early flight the next day. 10/10.

Front house staff was very nice and accommodating. They charged me for parking even though Hotels stated it was free parking. The room was ok but def no detail to cleaning. The air ducts were covered in filth and the air exhaust fan in the bathroom was so covered in black lint and crap it could not even function properly. The hot tub was broken and the pool had not been cleaned in days.

Bathroom smelled so bad I was unable to use it for the duration of my stay. Didn't use the shower or any extended time (used the lobby bathroom). The only person who could do anything is the manager who has not returned my outreach. Other than the horrible odor, the rest was clean and tidy.
