Friendly staff. The room was very clean and spacious. It had nice touches of dispensers with shampoo and lotion, etc. rather than those tiny bottles. We also appreciated its convenient location to the highway and parks.

Not a fancy place, but the location is perfect for why we were in town. We come in town on Friday nights to have fun at the bars, then take the boat out on Saturday for a day on the water. By staying here we didn't have to drive or get an Uber from the bars back to our rooms. We will definitely stay here again.

I think for the bang for your buck this is a good little hotel i mean its lake havasu nothing is really really all that bad in my eyes . The owners and staff were nice and accommodating to me and my girlfriend.

The front desk person was super helpful, friendly and professional. It’s was way better than travelers inn…. The bathroom was remodeled. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything is walking distance, food, bar and laundry in on premises. I will stay here again.

The room we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and the view from the back door was amazing! It's obvious the staff really cares about keeping everything clean and fresh. I think it's an older property but once you're in the courtyar the grounds and the pool are kept very clean and pretty. Everyone we came across treated us very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
