Clean comfortable and value for money.
The staff on reception were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good. Tram stop just outside hotel. The only downside was one lift was out of order so there was long waits for the Lift, especially on the morning of check out.

A room with a view
This is my second time staying at the Anker and it is now my go to location for a place to stay in Oslo. The beds are supremely comfortable, the coffee is pretty good, and the ambience in the bar at night is rather stylish. The staff are friendly and everything is wonderfuly quiet at night, even when the hotel is quite full.

Very nice hotel. Good location. 15 minutes walk from city centre. Tram stop right outside. Good breakfast selection. Receptionists were very helpful and knowledgeable. Only problem with the room was a very small shower. Apart from that, this is a great hotel.

Average hotel.
Reasonably priced hotel. Though the room was very hot. We could only open the window a little and there was some construction in the back that woke us up early. The shower was leaking all over the bathroom floor. And there was nothing to wipe it up. The breakfast was ok.
