Right across street from Klok market which was exotic and delightful. Overall experience was wonderful- staff was courteous and kind. Due to market set up each morning (clanging of metal booths), be aware if you are seeking a place a to sleep late - or have ear plugs. I would very much stay here again!

Check in took a long time and when i got to my roo. It wasn't ready so had to go back to Reception for new room. Room was a bit tired and dated , shower lacked power and not very warm . Nice view from 8th floor and close to small pool . Surprisingly noisy when the Daytime market startred to set up every morning. Most of the Staff were lovely and a decent breakfast

Good stay in downtown CPT.
It eas a nice time staying Onomo. Just at Green Market, so close to everything in down town. Redbuses just aroun the corner. Really good breakfast! Only negathing was the small bathroom. Thry could have mounnted thedoor to go out instead taking space in the allresdy small area inside.

Clean and welcoming
This is a pleasant hotel, very well situated in the city centre and close to many bars, restaurants and attractions. The rooms were a good size and clean. The room could have done with additional sockets. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and brought us a mini fridge on request. I'd have no difficulty staying here again.

Onomo nice & bearable
Stay was average , check in was slow though Patrick was great who moved our check in well & even helped with our luggage to the rooms. Bar service was good the big barman was competent & friendly.... breakfasts were poor, quality, choices were not great, service was slow, uncaring & dirty crockery & cutlery slow to be cleared. Rooms were ok, however water flow was not great ( even though i understood the environmental angle)... all in all 5/10 ... we as a family do 3 holidays a year so understand alot of hotel standards.

Hotel was very central, the market was right next door, view from room. Bathroom very small, but hotel was good overall. A fridge would have been nice.. Breakfast excellent but DON'T have dinner in the hotel restaurant. Very little choice and what we had was awful. Tasteless and cold. The chef could not have cared less when we complained.The staff were helpful and friendly and parking outside, taken care of.

We had to wait hours for one of the rooms to be ready. We asked for adjacent rooms but we were given rooms on different floors. No telephones in rooms. Very good full compliment buffet breakfast which was included in the Hotels price. Hotel is very central to shops and main areas. Staff at reception for early check out if needed. If you arrive early they will hold bags for free. Gift stalls just outside hotel.
