Good but...

Great location and nice easy hotel. However beware that it is really noisy. You can hear the noise from the tram and on the weekend we stayed there was a show so noise all night and a sport event with loud music early morning . Great view from the balcony

Great hotel in Centro, good value for money

Great new hotel. I had a single Room which was spacious and comfortable with beautiful design. Very good breakfast buffet and the coworking area is a nice additional feature for working holidays. The only negative was that wifi coverage was quite patchy. The Internet often cut off and would definitely not be enough to work from there.

Foi a melhor estadia que tive no RJ até hoje. O quarto limpo, confortável, com mobiliário moderno. A vista da varandinha nem se fala, maravilhosa! O atendimento de TODOS os funcionários, impecável. O café da manhã, que capricho! Muita variedade, tudo fresco e bem apresentado. Todas as vezes que voltar ao RJ ficarei neste hotel.

Ótima localização perto do aeroporto e do consulado americano, consegui fazer todo o processo de visto americano a pé, quarto confortável, achei muito boa a disposição do banheiro no quarto. Café da manhã com variedade e opções gostosas. Só a TV que não funcionou, mas como fiquei poucos dias não foi um problema para mim. Á noite aconselho pegar uber ou taxi pois a região é um pouco perigosa.

Me hospedei para uma diária no dia do meu aniversário, e já na recepção fui super bem recebida, me presentearam com um upgrade para um quarto micro com varanda e vista para o Pão de açúcar, quando cheguei no quarto tinha uma sobremesa com uma dedicatória em comemoração ao meu aniversário, fiquei completamente apaixonada pelo hotel! Fiquei impressionada que na opção mais barata de quarto tem smartv e frigobar. A maioria dos hotéis por aí não tem. O quarto tem sabonete líquido de 500ml para as mãos, banho e shampoo 2 em 1. Meu quarto foi o 805 e único ponto ruim foi o chuveiro não ter esquentado. Sobre o café da manhã, tem algumas variedades que nunca tinha visto, como ovo cozido, batata doce cozida e canjica. Na recepção tem uma conveniência 24h comprei 1,5l de água por 10 reais (cabe tranquilamente uma garrafa de 2l no frigobar) Achei os quartos com boa acústica, os dois elevadores funcionam super bem. Corredores são iluminados e as instalações parecem novas. Me senti tão confortável que extendi minha diária para mais um dia! Wi-fi e ar condicionado funcionam super bem também. Adorei meu final de semana e voltarei a me hospedar com certeza!!

03 quartos com problemas na mesma noite

Infelizmente minha estadia não foi como as anteriores. Não tenho o que reclamar sobre os atendentes, aliás, só elogios. Mas as condições dos quartos estão me fazendo repensar sobre me hospedar em uma próxima oportunidade. Escolho este hotel pela proximidade ao meu trabalho (TRT-RJ). No primeiro quarto a porta não trancava, eu estando sozinha não me sentia segura. No segundo o chuveiro não esquentava e no terceiro o ar condicionado não funcionava e estava barulhento (neste acabei não relatando o problema pelo passar da hora e já estava com minha vestimenta de dormir). Dormi mal pelo calor no quarto e quando tentava ligar o ar condicionado fazia tanto barulho que me impossibilitava de dormir. Infelizmente não foi um problema pontual de um quarto só que, logo de imediato, trocaram para mim, mas foram em 3 quartos diferentes. Quero continuar me hospedando neste hotel pela praticidade e atendimento, mas preciso rever sobre as condições dos quartos.
