The staff was amazing, never stayed on Canal Street so we were wondering what the experience was going to be like as we only stay on the French Quarter away from the busy streets. We always enjoy our time in NOLA and this time was no different. Everything was amazing.

This hotel is a great location if you’re planning to be on Bourbon street or a reasonable walking distance to Jackson square. It is an old hotel and your room may have a musky smell to it because of that. Our 1st morning was without hot water but that was resolved. If I could do rebooking again I would choose other hotels that are nearby.
