The hotel itself is older, but it is maintained. Its not a 4 star hotel, I would say 3 but because of its location, I can see the appeal.The staff was accommodating, and check-in was quick and easy. There is one restaurant on the property that offers a breakfast buffet for around $25 per person which which is reasonably priced. The location is the hotel's biggest highlight. You can walk right outside and find Bourbon Street to your right and Royal Street to your left. The hotel sits directly on Canal Street, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Overall, it's a great value for the price and an excellent choice if you want to be in the heart of everything.
