Service was great. Room was clean and nice. Disappointed in the pool. It was the coldest pool I have ever tried to swim in. Water temp was freezing and the windows in pool area are permanently open due to condensation issues. 19 degrees out and freezing cold water is not ideal. Hot tub dont turn on the jets. Water shoots up about 12 inches out of the tub and it is violent. But great stay.

The check in process was good. We were assigned to Room 318. As I we were unloading and inspecting the room I noticed that the bed closest to the bathroom had stains or some type of mildew on the sheets. I called the front desk to inform them of this and the desk clerk was really nice and moved us across the hall to room 319. The room was clean it just had a mildew scent to it. But not enough for us to have to change rooms again. I’m not able to upload my photos at this time.
