The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Alessandro the bartender was the best and most gracious that we had encountered during our entire trip to Europe. The peacefulness, despite its proximity in the heart of Florence, was a wonderful thing.

Excellent. SO much space. We booked a family suite on our 12 day Italy vacation and only spent one night in Florence but loved this hotel the most. The space is HUGE and breakfast is included and yummy!! Highly recommend!!
