We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Florence, right in the city center. The entire place is fully renovated, super clean, and everything feels brand new. The SMEG coffee and tea maker in the room was a great touch, making our mornings even better. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. For the price, this is honestly one of the best hotels in Florence. Highly recommended.

The crib was no extra charge, but we requested ahead of time to ensure it was available. It was already set up in the room when we arrived. The staff were all very friendly and helped us get a dinner reservation the first night after a long day of travel. The breakfast was very good for a free hotel breakfast- especially with the cappuccino and pastries. They even had a highchair for young children that we could use. The hotel was a short and easy walk from the city center- it was even located next to a playground. Highly recommend this hotel- especially to those traveling with young children.

Amazing lodging for an American newbie tourist in Florence. Newly renovated, beautifully decorated and tastefully appointed, the room, the staff, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Delightfully located in historical Florence just minutes walking distance from the key attractions- Uffizi, Duomo, Pitti Palace/Boboli Gardens are about a safe 10-15 minute walk. The hotel is close enough to return for a nap then head back out in the evening. Shout out to Sarah, the manager. She joyfully assists and is a true professional. The breakfast buffet is a must- excellent variety of hot and cold foods, cheeses, pastriesfresh fruit, and more - all perfectly prepared. Will def seek to stay here again on our next trip to Florence.

Front desk staff Yaya was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the Duomo and other attractions but it was very quiet located next to a park. The breakfast was really good with variety and fresh. It was a pity we missed the last day breakfast because our flight left early at 7:00 am. What a treat! This hotel is a hidden gem - about a 10 minute walk from the city center, nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a lovely park next door. The hotel has been beautifully remodeled and the beds were dreamy! The staff went above and beyond for us, and were very kind and helpful with calling for taxis and making dinner arrangements - something not all hotels do anymore. The breakfast was fantastic as well. We loved it and this will be our "go to" hotel in Florence going forward.
