Although the price was not particularly cheap due to the peak season, the hotel was within walking distance of Santa Maria Novella Station, and above all, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. The only downside was that I stayed in Room 501, and the music playing in the hallway could be heard from inside the room, which was a bit uncomfortable when trying to sleep.
