Bad experience
Very bad experience - we stayed there for 2024 Christmas. The first night, in the middle of shower, I found the shower gel bottle was empty, we called the front desk, standing in the shower for more than 10 mins, nobody send the shower gel. After shower and found the hair blower was broken. During the stay, there are always something not right - shower cap was not replaced, no free water bottles or just one (the hotel offers 2 free small water bottle per day), the cups were not replaced etc.
Worst, we used one big water bottle ($8) since the cleaning person forgot to provide the free water bottle, the hotel charged us rightfully, it shows in our check out bill. then after we arrived home, we got another separate $8 charge on my credit card, I called and was given a ticket #, was promised that the hotel will respond shortly. No surprise - there is no response from anyone. I hope there is a zero star available.
