During our stay at University, Hilton was very pleasant thanks to the front desk. Staff Rebecca and Brittany were amazing. I truly appreciate the guidance and support they showed during my daughter‘s graduation and John. The bartender was also wonderful.

Overall great experience

We had a one night stay. We were not at the hotel a lot due to the event we were attending. I did notice the room service trays were not picked up from the rooms in the hallway from the time we checked in at 4pm until the time we checked out at 11am the next day. They were stacked on the table in the entry hallway. Our room was very clean. There were a few stains on the carpet near the window but the hotel appears to be under some renovations so they maybe resolved soon.
