Perfect
Everything is perfect, from hotel’s staffs to cleanliness to everything. The public transportation pass was valid from the day we arrived until we departed. The only thing that I would like to complain is the pillows are TOO low and soft, it was really uncomfortable. Otherwise, all are perfect. We will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever we travel to Vienna again.

Definitely Stay at IntercityHotel Wien
Amazing hotel with a fantastic location. They make getting around the city so easy with a free transit ticket. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful walking street with shops, restaurants and cafes right out the front door.

Wonderful. The front desk was helpful. The hotel is very close to train/bus station, shopping center, and restaurants. It was easy to/from Vienna int’l airport. Will stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

No Frills-Good Standard Hotel in convenient area
This is a good and standard hotel in the middle of Vienna, very close to the main station and the pedestrian area with all the shops. Once you checked it you are handed the ticket for the transport in Vienna which is super convenient as Vienna has a very good network. The lobby is quite small but the rooms are spacious, well maintained. Wifi was not the best in the room but for a one night stay it was all ok. The continental breakfast buffet was varied with a lot to chose from - only downside: breakfast room was the reception area of their meeting rooms and there was an event going on when I was there. So bare in mind it can be noisy and busy due to meeting attendees. I would recommend this hotel for no frills travellers who are looking for a well maintained, central hotel with the ticket as extra goody.

Great Hotel
A grreat hotel, in a very nice area, especially for shopping. The breakfast is very nice and the staff are extremely friendly and helpfull. There is not much to watch on the TV (alot of channels, germen speaking) and it could be much bigger. Also, the need for a new password every 24h is abit of a hassle. Loved my stay there. Would recomand it to others. Will stay there again.

I liked the location very much. Easy access to the Metro to any direction. Rooms are nice and clean but a bit too small. No coffee machine in the room. Front desk is amazing and multilingual
