Thankful for the staff
Me an my family of 7 stayed in 3 different rooms for a week. We appreciated the daily cleaning service because once we got back from a tiring activity, we could relax well. I was grateful for all the staff that served us. I'm not sure our stay would have been wonderful without their dedication. We plan to come back next time we visit Cancun.

Terrible stay
I would not recommend this hotel. Hotel is middle of nowhere. No top shelf drinks. The service is terrible, servers have attitude and don’t ask if you need anything even after given a tip. Upon check in we tried to make reservations for dinner and everything was reserved for the first 3 nights we were there (so when does someone make a reservation?) we had to eat buffet the first 3 nights. The food is mediocre at best. There were ants on the beach and in our balcony (no we didn’t eat in the balcony). Cherry on top- we had a do not disturb sign on our door and our room was still cleaned. The best part about the stay was the kids activities (pool and kids club was amazing and our daughter had a blast).

The resort had very good amenities, minus maybe a tennis court. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The condition of the property was fairly new. Lots of good food options...make your reservations as early as possible. Would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful time at Hilton . The staff ate amazing . Roberto is top manager ! Christian’s and Vianey are a wonderful concierges ! You guys should give them a better positions.

Overall the property was beautiful with a nice beach front and pool, seemed very short staff and felt impossible to get any type of service with out being rude. Food was very subpar and disappointing I would avoid the buffet at all costs. They have multiple restaurants some need reservations and some don’t. Sadly for our experience even some of the “no reservation restaurants” told us they were booked and did not have enough food for us which was very frustrating. You get what you pay for and this was a cheaper vacation so not too upset about it.

The resort is very nice and very clean. Rooms very pretty, don’t like the bathroom glass with kids/teens in the room not the best idea u see everything from the room.U need to clothes in the shower . Room with swim area it’s not really for swim more just to sit, also water is cold. Food was good. Not to much to do for teenagers, weather was not the best so they were bored. Staff and service very nice.

Hilton Cancun All-inclusive is a must!! It was my first time at an all-inclusive and I hands down would do it again!! But never with anyone that doesn’t offer everything we had on this visit! My friends and I planned this weekend trip to celebrate our best friends upcoming wedding. And I must say Hilton did not disappoint! We felt cared for by the staff and cannot speak enough good things about each of the servers and staff we interacted with. I love the experience and would do it again and again! Can’t wait for the next time.
