Check in was a breeze, spent 3 nights, have a unique checking/checkout timing, I came at 7pm on check in day, I was told I can check out at 7pm instead of the norm 12pm.. very nice, as my return flight was at night, I was able to stay till 7pm without incur extra charge .. Only disappointment is the spread of breakfast selection and lack of dining seats.

The hotel setting is like a modern apartment and I love the room is clean and comfortable accommodations. The facility is also equipped with an area for laundry/ gym and a multifunction room where you can work, or study. The minus thing is that the food quality at the lounge. I ordered Pho one time and the soup broth is very bland; food is cold. Also the staff need to help customers with their luggages. They have 4 ppl working at the concierge but they don't bother help me bring up the luggages or bring them out to the cab. The location is a bit farther from the center; and not so many food options around.
