The property is a 10 stories building and One of the elevators was not working. We had to wait literally 15 to 20 minutes to get in . They only provided 1 bath towel. No face or hand towels. The location is very nice. Close to the beach and to the local commercial area.

Traveling for my first time in Rio and saw really good ratings on the hotel. Everything was good but not great. We were given a room with bunk beds at first then asked to be moved to the two twins like I booked and thankfully they were able to switch in spite of being full. The room looks much larger in photos. Very friendly staff and the location is prime to be at the beach in a few blocks. Overall satisfied just felt like the ratings on Expedia were higher than I thought for this level of hotel. If you’re looking to spend minimal time in the room and just a place to just crash this is your place.

Some members of the staff were truly helpful and on point. Breakfast was good. Our room was not sweapt after we had gone to the beach. No cups in the rooms to take pills every morning. Washed our clothes three times right across the street. Literally 2 blocks from the beach. Saw a guy getting robbed at the corner. Overall, it was convenient, but be careful.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, ao lado do metro com uma boa padaria para tomar café da manhã entre o hotel e o metrô. Duas quadras e meia da praia. Sugiro para turismo e negócios. A localização é muito boa, como a região é movimentada, me senti mais segura (do que em outras opões no Centro da cidade ou em Botafogo). O mobiliário é novo e fica muito bom para acomodar roupas e itens de escritório. Não peguei fia na recepção. O prédio tem um pouco de cheiro de mofo, mas o quarto não tinha. Cama boa, banho excelnte e o ar condicionado um pouco barulhento.

Os dois elevadores quebrados obrigava a usar as escadas de serviço. O cofre não funcionou e nãoquiseram consertar. Encontrei lixo deixados por hóspedes anteriores no quarto. A parte boa é a localização.

Toalhas de banho em mau estado, com tecidos desgastado. Necessário a troca dessas toalhas. Não há toalhas de rosto nos banheiros. E o quarto tem uma acústica ruim com relação as quartos superiores, ouve-se os hóspedes dos quartos superiores andando, arrastando cadeira. No mais é um hotel perto de muitas coisas, bares, padaria, drogarias e a equipe muito atenciosa
