Traveling for my first time in Rio and saw really good ratings on the hotel. Everything was good but not great. We were given a room with bunk beds at first then asked to be moved to the two twins like I booked and thankfully they were able to switch in spite of being full. The room looks much larger in photos. Very friendly staff and the location is prime to be at the beach in a few blocks. Overall satisfied just felt like the ratings on Expedia were higher than I thought for this level of hotel. If you’re looking to spend minimal time in the room and just a place to just crash this is your place.

Some members of the staff were truly helpful and on point. Breakfast was good. Our room was not sweapt after we had gone to the beach. No cups in the rooms to take pills every morning. Washed our clothes three times right across the street. Literally 2 blocks from the beach. Saw a guy getting robbed at the corner. Overall, it was convenient, but be careful.

Le sejour sest bien passe. Le prrsonnel erait disponible et agreable. Seul bemol sur les serviettes de toilette dont la proprete etait parfois suspecte ( mais qui ont ete echangees sans probleme). Manque de diversité au niveau du petit dejeuner. Dans l’eensemble, très bien !

Reservei um quarto com cama de casal, fui contada antecipadamente pela acomodação e quando cheguei me disseram que eu tinha chegado tarde então não tinha mais acomodação com cama de casal , somente com camada de solteiro. Se eu paguei pela acomodação eles e minha e não deveriam ter repassada para outra pessoa. O banheiro não to há shampoo, nem toalha de rosto. Péssimo
