This property was very nice in a good location although it is a little tough to find as the door is tucked back in somewhat of a courtyard. GPS has a hard time finding it. The staff was very pleasant & helpful. Our room was small yet clean. Our bathroom door did not close. It was okay for us but others might find it to be a problem. Great amenities throughout the property.

Wonderful Location in Amsterdam, right in the heart of everything making it walkable to all the main attractions. The room was a studio and we loved it, size was just perfect for 2 people. The morning breakfast was an added bonus and the coffee machine , latte machine was a delight. The staff were so friendly to us and gave good directions. There was laundry facilities with separate washer and dryer is quick and excellent Thank you for the great stay

Clean, beautiful room! Wish I could have opened the windows!!! Loved and used the washing machines... great perk! Wish the bar was staffed (honesty bar - you helped yourself). The free coffee machines were great. Good, quiet location!

The room is clean and very comfortable. However, our group had an issue with one room and it took a full day and several requests to get switched to a new room. After that all good!. Lovely breakfast in the morning with many options.

Our stay at CITADINES was great! The hotel is located on a quiet street conveniently located within walking distance to everything. The free coffee and water was a fantastic feature. Beautiful lobby area. The only issue we had was trying to find the entrance when we arrived which is located in a corridor. Otherwise everything about our stay was great.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were super nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and had lots of storage (we got the studio). The breakfast had lots of variety (wasn't a fan of the scrambled eggs but the soft boiled eggs were great). The gym and laundry were also great. Location wise - this was in a quieter area of the canal rings but close enough walk to everything and transport. The m52 was minutes away and take you straight into city center. The only challenge with this place is if you take a taxi to the hotel - many found it difficult to get to the hotel because of the narrow roads and hard to find signage. Lots of Ubers and bolts cancelled on us. However if you book it from the main road a couple minutes walk away, you'll have better luck.
