Check in was appalling- we had to wait for an hour and a half as room was not ready- despite arriving at check in time. When room was finally ready there was no one available to show us to our room so we just told us to point us in the right direction as we were hot and frustrated. We had to ask various staff how to get there along the way as the place is huge. This experience was extremely disappointing as the resort is lovely and the pools are amazing. If it wasnt for the absolutely abysmal checkin in i would of eated 5 stars.
