Good hotel with great breakfast and evening reception, that is signature selling point of embassy suites. It’s close enough to the strip. Good staff. They should have a filtered water station and parking should be included (currently at $19 a night).

Although we arrived 30 minutes early and there were rooms available we were asked to pay an extra 50 dollars for early check-in. Why in a hot (temperature area) resort does your pool close at 5 pm. That was not mentioned in reservation. Until this trip I looked first for Embassy Suites for my stays. That will no longer be the case. Disappointed

I booked in advance and paid for two nights with no refund. My flight was late and I called to say I was still coming, just hold the already paid for room. Hotel said it was fine, just check in when arrived. I did only to find out they cancelled my stay. I had no room even though I prepaid and was assured a late arrival was ok it is the worst experience ever. I eventually got my second night back, but could not check until later in the day .. having already paid for the night before!
