It's under new management and ownership, and they are sloooowly making renovations. Housekeeping is friendly and ready to assist. Some of their policies are not liked and don't work well with 3rd-party bookings. To be better, they will need to bring in better class of guests once renovations are done. The price was what I needed for a week. That said, it is not a place of choice. If I had read google reviews, I would not have stayed.

The breakfast was a brown bag with a little sunny delight and a granola bar and an apple. It left much to be desired to say the least. The ice machine worked on just one floor. The only saving grace was the price of the room and the fact it was a gated property for safety

The room was very very dirty, our feet were black from the dirt in the room. There was a lot of questionable people hanging around the hotel lobby, what almost appears to be blood smudges on the wall in our room, elevator didn’t seem like it had been inspected in a while. The front desk girl looked like she was in college and was working on home work, she was very nice and professional. The hotel looked like it had been recently updated and very nice on the inside which is why I booked, the only positive thing I can say is it was quiet. Otherwise I have nothing good to say about this hotel at all. Avoid at all costs. I would have stayed somewhere else if I could have gotten a refund. Very sketched out all night and barely slept.

I don't even know where to begin on my stay at this hotel. There is a $100 Deposit that you have to put down on the room, for damages, which would have been just fine we just had no clue that was required. The "Breakfast" which is served from 6am to 9am when you go down to the hotel lobby at 8:12am and there is no breakfast or any evidence of breakfast even being served. We took photos of any damages from before we got to the room.

This may have been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This property is undergoing renovations and still renting out rooms under unlivable conditions. At one point, I was stuck on a floor that wasn’t mine due to not being able to get back to my own because the flooring was being replaced. Check in was terrible due to the unfriendly front desk guy who wanted to argue with me and kept my license. They advertise free breakfast which is not even an actual meal (banana, honey bun, small bottle of sunny d). My room didn’t have a working shower and the towels didn’t smell clean. Also, there was no working ice machine in the whole building. I don’t recommend anyone spend their time or money here!!
