-They did not want to change my dates, although I made a request several days in advance
- They took money from my account before I arrived, although I had selected to pay at the property.
- We arrived at about 6pm but we had to make our own way in. No one was there to meet us or show us how to find the place. The same happened at check out. No one there.
- We received very poor instructions of how to get into the property. It was just a series of photos and videos with no written explanation. You had to guess, and it is not nice if you arrive tired, trying to find your way around. A brief explanation would have been enough. eg. Address, floor, etc.
- There were no lights at the entrance. We found ourselves in pitch dark when we entered the property. And once you find the switch they go out after a few seconds.
- Elevator only worked for one person at a time. Two persons at the same time do not work.
- Shower had no place to put your shampoo
- [ ] Towel hangers did not work
- [ ] The following day they made up our beds but left a wet towel in the beds.
- [ ] Curtains did not block the lights, so we couldn’t sleep well.
- [ ] There is a coffee machine, but you have to pay,and coffee comes with sugar by default.
- [ ] Breakfast is continental. It is just a very small coffee and a croissant. So disappointing.
