Complete Tranquility

This is the second time I’ve been here, this resort is gorgeous and my husband and I always enjoy our time here. The only issue was our original room’s floor was wet and soapy and had fresh bbq or ketchup on nightstands. Once I let the receptionist know the issue she took care of it right away moving us to a different room. They have some of the best ocean view rooms,customer service is always top tier and it’s nice and quiet. Very peaceful

The San Luis Resort was incredibly welcoming and a wonderful place to stay. The staff was phenomenal — from valet and check-in to the pool and restaurants, everyone was friendly and genuinely happy to be there. Girls trip.

The massage therapist were great and spa was good except the closed the sitting room while we were getting our massages. Breakfast that morning was okay a bit expensive and the waitress cleared our table when we went to get refills and our phone and sun glasses were still on the table.
