Perfect for a quick night’s sleep
Perfect place to lay your head. We were only there to sleep. Checked in at about 10:30pm and were out by 9:30am. Beds were a little hard, which I don’t mind, but a couple friends had a hard time sleeping.

Decent for the money
I was fine but my sister said her bed was uncomfortable. Room was clean. One elevator was out of service and the other should have been. More than 2 people on it and it was hold your breath and pray you make it your floor

The hotel is home to a transient clientele. The elevator was very shaky. One elevator was not working and the other did not show selected floors lighting up. Somewhat shady characters coming and going.

just ok. could be so much better.
one of 2 elevators out makes getting to and from a room on the 5th floor an adventure. room was clean. busy area. very walkable to restaurants and grocery. traffic is horrific during most of the day.

I'd read so many negative reviews of this hotel that i was expecting the worse.But, i was all in all okay. My first criteria for a place is a clean bed and it was. For the rest, the room felt tired and they were signs of it everywhere. But, not to the point that it was upsetting. My major dissapointment which to me is unacceptable for any hotels is to actually pass (and not hold; they're is difference) 150.00 $ additionnal on my Visa for damages and credit that amount later when (based on what we dont know) management approuves that the room is in good condition. That is devious, cheap and undignified of a major chain of hotels to uphold that kind of policy. Never ever have i been charged for damages and re imboursed afterwards. Its disgracefull. Shame on you. Be advised to not go there and legitimize that way of doing a booking.
