Staff was very polite, helpful however I believe they need to hire more people especially for the restaurant. I have ordered the drinks and took three different waiter to bring it and took 30 mins. Cleaning definitely can be improved in yhe rooms. Hotel is in the heart of Amsterdam very close to everything. Mainly good however needs some touch ups to improve. Ps: i checked out yesterday and they have overcharged my CC, sent them an email to relase however no one replied yet. As ı said they need to higher more people to improve the service
