Disappointing
Clean, comfortable, well maintained but rather small room. We will return to Scandic up the road as the service was not up to Radisson standards. The one person at reception was alone & stretched thin at early evening check in, she was also there the next morning and clearly too tired to squeeze a hello or a smile. The second woman at reception in the morning didn’t even bother to look up from her screen.

Sliding doors no more thank you…
The room was booked for three. We were asked if we needed an extra bed for our 11 year old child. An extra bed would mean a fourth bed. The reception staff was utterly confused when we tried to explain this mysterous fact for them A sliding bathroom door is not normal in a four star hotel - probably only used in two-star hotels. The coffee and tea was not restocked after the turn down, so there was nothing there day two. There was dust on tables. This was the last time we come to this hotel.

Whether you prefer a hearty Norwegian breakfast or something lighter, the variety and freshness were outstanding. The in-house restaurant also delivered top-notch meals with great attention to detail. Facilities: The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym. Location: Situated in the heart of Stavanger, the hotel is ideally located for both business and leisure travelers. It’s a short walk to the city’s main attractions, shopping streets, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient.
