We loved this property. Close to many attractions, restaurants, and museums. The shower pressure was excellent. The shower door could use repair. There is a coffee maker in the room, but I could not find the pods a conads. All in all I would recommend this location for its location and accessibility.

Chic, roomy 2 bedroom apartment in the central district of Florence perfect for walking to all the sites with cafes, restaurants and shops just around the corner. Great views of the Arno River. Be prepared for the requisite stairs and cobblestones streets with comfortable shoes and light packing. The air conditioner was overly noisy but worth it in the heat of late summer. I would definitely come back to Le Grazie.

This property is in a great location. It’s a little older and pretty basic. A/C worked most of the time. The property management group is a larger company- so response time and attentiveness to your needs are limited. It worked for our needs.

Hard to work w/ & expensive late check in fees

Very difficult company to work with. They charge 4 different late arrival fees depending on the time you arrive after 7pm. And then, the person who was assigned to give us our key showed up 30 minutes late. They don’t allow you to communicate with them after you check in. You have to contact hotels.com with questions or issues.

施設自体は普通のアパートメントで、特別悪いわけではありません。 ただし宿泊の直前にデポジットの支払いを要求されるのですが、その時の入力項目に「アドレス」があります。システム上、小文字や記号、さらには日本のアドレスの入力順序などに細かいルールがあるようで、思いつくパターンすべてを試してみましたが却下されました。宿泊先の会社に連絡したところ、アドレスで問題になることが多いのは認識していましたが、具体的にどのように入力すればいいのかは教えてくれません。 最大の問題はここからです。この宿泊場所には誰もいなくて、デポジットの支払い手続きが終わったら、担当者が来てくれて鍵を渡して説明をしてくれます。デポジットの支払いが終わらない限り、どれだけ交渉しても「支払いが終わらないと行かない」の一点張りです。宿泊する建物にも入れないので、建物の前でずっと冷や汗をかくことになります。私の場合は、交渉を重ねた結果、最終的に支払い済の宿泊代を再度支払い、何もなければ２週間後に返却するということになりました。電波もあまりよくないので、その二重支払いも何度かやる羽目になります。その時も日本の銀行に連絡してなんとかしろ、と言われました。日本の夜中時間にです。子連れだったこともあり、不安感はかなりのものでした。 問題の原因は、この会社が採用しているシステムと、安全よりもお金を絶対とするこの会社の姿勢にあります。交渉を重ねていなかったら、おそらく宿には泊まれず、払っているお金も返ってこないことになっていました。普通にそうした対応をしてきます。絶対にこの宿泊先はやめた方がいいです。
