Stayed in the room one night due to early morning flight. Hotels is a short 10 minutes to the airport. Location was good for what we need and staff friendly and helpful. Room is over priced and lacked cleanliness. Used wash cloths in the shower on arrival. Overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom poor for price point.

Hotel was Good for the price and proximity to the airport . Not any food places nearby if you don’t have a car. Hotels.com sent a confirmation with the wrong hotel on it so I had to figure out where the real reservation was and uber twice so that I could get to the right place.

Hard pass for next time

The highlight of the trip included 3 South Portland cruisers in the parking lot at arrival hauling away an unruly guest. This place is below average. The conditions are tired and worn along with a thread count of 45 on the sheets. Didn’t attempt continental breakfast. The dead bolt was nonexistent and the fixtures in the bathroom were worn. Unacceptable for the nightly rate.

Stayed 2 nights for Portland. Location was convenient, close to airport and harbor. Visted Fort Williams Park and Cape Elizabeth were nearby. The hotel is run down a bit. Beds were okay. Just average -recommend for a short stay. Breakfast was also just okay, cereal and bagels, basics.

Disgusting and dirty

Disgusting and dirty! It appeared as if someone was actually living in our assigned room. My guess is the hotel has cheap long-term rentals to people. It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed at in my life. I never let my bare feet touch the floor and was tempted to go by extra sheets to lay on. It was a holiday weekend, and we didn’t have any other option but this hotel. DON’T RESERVE WITH THIS HOTET!! You’ve been warned.

A good night’s sleep

I chose Quality Inn because I liked the price point for two queen beds, plus it was pet friendly. I was pleased with the mattress and extra pillows. The shower had good water flow, the bathtub drain was a little slow, but not annoying. The hotel does NOT have an elevator, so we requested a first floor room. The building is old and if you are hoping for a new finished look, this is not the place. There was a wall mirror held together with tape, and a hole in the wall by the shower rod that needs new dry wall. Neither of those two things affected my good night’s sleep. The free breakfast offered both hot and cold items.

AWFUL

What a complete dump, really disgusting place. It was so run down and dirty, looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The tv didn't work properly, the place smelled of weed and the shower was terrible, standing in water because it was slow going down. The floor was falling apart, tiles coming up. There was mold on ceiling, hole in the wall etc. The place needs a complete renovation. The owners should be embarrassed!!!!

Upon arrival, the person at the desk was not very welcoming, but not rude. The place smelled like someone used their grandmas perfume to cover up the un-clean smell. 2 TVs in the room, one on the wall with an apparent replacement TV sitting on the cabinet in front...neither worked. 2-sets of towels for 4 guests....the place was just tired and jankety! should have been a $69/night rate. Stay away unless you're a chain smoker and looking for a fix in the parking lot.
