A basic Japanese business hotel located in the heart of Hamamatsu. The staff is friendly and the rooms quiet. I would stay here again.

2/10 Poor

Very unfriendly staff that were rude to guests. Telling lies during a typhoon, and putting guests safety in jeopardy. Some of the worst hospitality I have ever seen in Japan. Would not stay here or at any of the group’s properties ever again.

Hotel staff were absolutely horrible. During the middle of the giant typhoon that came through during our stay, they were telling foreign visitors to go outside and that the typhoon had passed. Meanwhile, the news had “life threatening” level warnings out, and when questioned about what they are thinking, and if they would take responsibility for injuries or death, they said, “it’s ok, we have insurance”. Absolutely disgusting staff, and not a single care for the people staying there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It was ok.
It’s a motel style hotel. Rooms were not ready when they said. You were given keys to a room that still hadn’t been cleaned.
