Great Staff, Awful Infrastructure
While the service was great, the actual room itself left a tremendous amount to be desired. Upon arrival to our room, the electric lock on the door was malfunctioning and took at least 5 minutes to enter/exit the room each time. We noticed most of the doors looked "broken into" and saw multiple rooms with an engineer working on the locks. Inside of the room, the ironing board was broken and kept falling over, the tub seemed partially clogged and any shower over 2 minutes meant standing in 2 inches of water, and the toilet seemed to continuously clog and/or run all night. It was a very disappointing experience, in which we were always anxious walking back into the room not knowing what was going to break next...

Historic Building on a walkable quiet downtown str
The Westin was recently rennovated. It is the perfect place to take a photo opp with the family due to the architecture and decor of the building. The lounge decor is trendy and modernizes the hotel.The rooms are spacious. The only feedback is with renovation comes some kinks and the Westin's kind staff is appreciative of direct feedback to iron those out. Consider this hotel, for game day, to stay away from the fray and be able to walk to a few picturesque restaurants.

Big chill
While a really nice property, when we arrived ( in 10 degree weather) , there was no heat in the lobby , or restaurant.No one told us this, and thankfully our rooms warm but we planned to dine there due to how cold it was outdoors. We had to bundle up to last in the restaurant long enough to eat. The poor bartender was alone, handling the bar and tables. She even had to run rake out food to rooms as room service! It was painful to watch and experience. The food was average- there was no manager on duty to lend a hand, and no compensation offered for the lack of heat while dining.
