The hotel conditions are terrible combined with an awful smell. My health was seriously impacted by the smell and I had to move to another hotel in the neighbourhood. I'm requesting a full refund.

We arrived late in the evening from our flight and to arrive to find out the hotel overbooked there room and sold our room even though we paid and reserved this room for more than 2 months and was told we would have to pay also on top of it that they sold our room plus charged us. If you don’t want to sleep in you car for the night with you family on vacation i wouldn’t book with this location

Pretty basic rooms but served my purpose. Needs a little TLC but location was great for the price. Staff was very helpful .

We enjoyed our stay. The young lady that welcomed us was attentive and knowledgeable. She let us know the continental breakfast times and directed us to parking and our room. It was quiet at night and the room was comfortable to be in. Clean and fresh fragrance. There is a nice pool area with plenty of seating and a bar that you can enjoy some drinks at, without leaving their property. Nice place to stay overnight,before boarding our cruise today

Blinds in the room didn’t pull down completely for privacy. Lamp on the nightstand didn’t light up. No glasses in the room. Had a run down appearance. Bed was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. We only booked one night and were glad we did.

The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it even though the property is non smoking. After my stay I developed multiple bumps around my ankles. I did not see any bed bugs or other types of insects. It appeared clean. Perhaps it wasn't from the hotel stay but it was the last unfamiliar place I slept. I usually don't write reviews. I should write more good ones when everything is stellar.
